Dessie Redmond

Dessie Redmond is Co-Founder and Operations Manager for Full Fledged Brewing Company. Marshall and Dessie Redmond, a dynamic husband-and-wife team, co-founded Full Fledged Brewing Company in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Their journey began in 2010 when they met and discovered a shared passion for adventure and craft beer. This mutual enthusiasm led them to establish Full Fledged Brewing in 2019, marking the city’s first craft brewery.

Since its inception, Full Fledged Brewing has become a community hub, offering a diverse selection of craft beers brewed on-site. The Redmonds’ dedication to quality and community engagement has not only provided a welcoming space for locals and visitors but has also contributed to the growing craft beer scene in the region.
